Actually someone wanted to sound like a motor bike throttle... go ask that 'maradona' he knows the actual details better than anyone else..LOL

A term the shit kids to mean hanky panky(romen romen) or something that one will usually do with their partner at some quiet place like the playground..carpark ( in between cars ) and most favourite place of all ..pat tangga..( staircase landing at some blk.) LOL...

Of course..the skopet kids are all clean when it comes to this..but lately..some of them has..ehem..u know..woot..just kidding..
