We won again?

Kita menang lagi ke boy...menang lagi ke boy?...hahahaha.. Pardon me guys.. It's just that being with the skopet kids.. you will adapt to their way of talking even tnough you find it annoying and irritating. Even the cultured Rudy who was supposed to speak in a very formal way last time had changed for the 'better'.. dot dot dot..

Back to the match report.. Ah yes.. We won again with a scoreline of 2-1. Another one-goal margin win.. Twice in a row.. The field we played was @ boon lay sec and the opponent was an uknown team. But for what we can see..the players seemed to be younger than us.. So youth was their strength. and they used it pretty well..throughout the whole game

The skopets who has passed their prime did their absolute best to keep with their stamina and explosive pace. Everyone did well..Well done kids.. I salute you..

First half highlights - Since i was playing reserve and was benched due to my back injury ( refer to previous posts - hahaha..macam betul je.) I have toyol's eye view of the match. Honestly we played very well..with our makeshift formation..We got a new player , Kamar , to fill in the left-back postion and he fulfilled that role without any difficulty though I can see he was out of breath...Hahaha..Pancit ke boy..LOL.. AbgHidung was a bit out of shape..maybe due to the fact he missed a few games back cos of the Buih Syndrome.. He doing a right-back role felt lost , I think. We conceded a penalty halfway thru the first half.. And we were 1-0 down. But of course skopets bounced back immediately. 30s later we equalised..ahaha..Fierce..A through ball from Suhaimi and the ball seemed destined for the opposing goalkeeper..before Baby bear with his 'awesome' pace teleported and poke the ball to Syafiq who finish it off . It was a beautiful sight.. I have never seen a gliding bear before..

From there , we got the upper hand..Ah..not forgetting it was raining..and the field was getting a bit crappy..We got a few goal-scoring chances..We got a well deserved goal..a few minutes later..with fluid passing..Yusop did a stepover even Christiano Ronaldo or myself..would envy..LOL.. fooled the defender..and sprinted towards the barline before unleashing an accurate pass to Syahiq to head for a goal..Power dega.. So it was 2-1 up in the first half.

I got my start in the 2nd half but playing in a 'forced position of left-back..Aku nak score lah ayam..haha..With my back still bandaged and numb after an overdose of deep heat lotion.. I did my best for that position..Feeling nostalgic at the same time..Its been like a few months I had left that position. Need to get used to not scoring in a match..hahaha..Bual2 world pe..

2nd half was simply a defensive play by the skopets ...Defend..defend..defend..We did nothing but defend.. A bit ugly..but effective..haha..Problem is the opponents are full of divers and actors..Siak je.. Even the referee got tricked into giving a penalty soon after.. A great dive indeed by one the attackers.. Haiz..what is happening...

Hahaha..Penalty missed..hahaha..Justice prevailed..So it was still 2-1..Kesian..What a pity.. We defended extremely deep.Another highlight was when our goalkeeper got a hold of the ball..and thus was holding it as long as possible to drag some of the time. Then this guy from the other team..a Golden Globe nominee..had a brush with Rudy then..Dramatically he fell..and started covering his face and screaming, groaning in pain..ish ish ish..Kena oooooh ngan rudy ke!..Hahaha..But no one give a hell of what happen to him..Taber nah..Asking for another penalty? try harder boy...haha. Toyol gemuk had an outstanding match and did us proud by defending too ( first time he was inside his own team's penalty box...hahahahaha)

We lasted till the end of the game.. I can say we played an average game but praise to the players who did well including me of course..haha..Another win though not impressive..Job done no matter what...Looking forward to the next match..

So long winded..haha..Pardon me readers..I appreciate ur patience..Woot.. This is it.. If this keeps going on..I don't think i can recover from my back injury.. Pls stop me from playing soccer..pls..pls..
