Yes amazing aint it? Goals are coming from everywhere, not only from the strikers. Gud job guys. Our goalscoring mojo is back.
So heres' the match report proper.
Prior to kickoff, Rizman and I had a hard time looking for players to make a team. Eleven players were unavailable for the game - due to a) injury, b)vacation, c) uncontactability d) work e) NS camp and one even due to f) an overinflated EGO. sigh.. the last one.. macam budak2.. shall not mention names. but if ur reading this.. wake up ur fucking idea. You've not only abandon your team, but your friends too.
In the end only 6 regular players turned up. Rudy, Rizman, Zai, Weiming, Evan and me. Plus another 2 who are Husni (angin2 haha) and Zul(new fullback). Cousins and outside friends were roped in to help and we would like to thank them for turning up and doing a great job. They are Nidzam, Hidayat,Muzammil,Haikal and Hadi.
The opponents looked intimidating when they arrived as a group. But what worried me was the appearance of two minah supporters. I looked at the guys,.. mata sume terbeliak, air liur meleleh.. mcm anjing haha. Oh no, will they be distracted? Maklumlah most of the skopetians are single and looking. Especially NSman like Zai who seldom get to cuci mata. nafsu buas. But alhamdulillah, they managed to tetapkan iman and carried on with our normal game. phew. Sorry i underestimated u guys.
We played very well. Our usual style of slick passing and flair, even with many unfamiliar faces. The newcomers fitted very well in the team, especially husni's friend hidayat and rizman's cuzin muzammil who showed some potential. The opponent played the offside trap and we struggled to find an opening initially before our top scorer(sape eh?) showed good movement to get the all-important first goal. From then on it was one-way traffic with nidzam hitting a cross beautifully into goal before Zai added a goal which is so spectacular it seems accidental. lol. okla kau bagus la. gurau je
In the second half a mazy dribble by Hidayat set me up for my second goal (tonjol) and minutes later haikal ran half the length of the field to score a solo goal. Boyboyan, who played in defence had a beautiful lob just inches wide of the post.
While our attack was brilliant, our defence was just as solid; keeping the opponents at bay. Rizman and Zul was tirelessly overlapping to assist the attack in style while the central pair of Weiming and Husni were solid in the air and on the ground. And of course theres our safe hands Rudy who got a well-deserved clean sheet with couple of crucial interceptions and saves. The opponent even missed a penalty. Final score 5-0.
This team showed character with so many players out and winning by 5 goals. Even with a makeshift team we were fearless and played our normal attacking game. Well done all. Those with injuries pls take care of urself and recover as soon as possible. We have another match next saturday 3pm and hopefully by then a couple of players are back from holidays. \

Ok guys , the reason Skopet won the last game was the great finishing of the players.That was what differentiate Skopet from the opponents.The opponents played well but lacked good strikers and their keeper was , I think , makeshift or 'roped in'.So for the next game , I recommend Skopet to play 4-3-3 or 5-2-1-2 with 2 overlapping wing backs to boost its attack and strikeforce.Skopet need to get its tactics right so that less pressure and expectation is placed on the strikers and most importantly win the game.

Macam2 ah...Scrap all these tactics and formations until all the regulars and first teamers are back. hahaha..Aku dah resigned to fate. Defend pun defend lah..
