Skopet Colours
So who scored the 100th goal? No one. Did we lose? haha no. The heavens opened and washed all the inflated egos away. haha . Padan muka.. can also say we deserved it. Boyboyan refusing to play at defence, Midfielder Zaibacul wanting to be a forward, Last man Weiming 'chope-ing' the freekicks, and Gk Rudy thinking of taking the penalties if any... all in the name of scoring the distinguished century-mark of skopet goals.
haha Come on la guys.. a goal is a goal.. its not important.. I have scored our 25th, 50th, and 75th goals so its fitting that the next one is mine right? Case closed. (btw Prem scored our first skopet goal ever last June in NTU.) Better still i hope our opponents; whoeva they are the next week, scores an own goal for us. That would settle things perfectly. Of course in return I will score an own goal for them too. We will then start the game proper at 1-1.
Not for the first time the field booking is cancelled due to 'unplayable conditions' an hour before kickoff. Which was quite a waste as we had one of our strongest team available that day. Syahir gremlin's prediction of rainoff did come true and that's scary as he also predicted a 4-0 lost next week....
Disappointed and football-starved.. we immediately tried organising futsal at FICO ... which leads to further disappointment. In the end some of the elite Skopets decided to play at our usual street soccer court and take it out on some poor neighbourhood kids.
Coincidentally, three of our players wore different skopet jerseys that day. As we have not yet unveil our new jerseys to our fans/readers, i took the liberty of taking some photos. The average-looking Zaibacul, Boyboyan and Prodigy Syaf willingly posed for the camera in a bid to attract future dates.
And so here are the colours of skopet fc ;
No. 4 Syaf wearing our first jersey - the fierce, red 'el classico skopeto'. This kit has served us well the past year but has since been slowly phased out. Fond memories of the topper cup '06 where we crashed out due to Prem's missed penalty*!%$!. Unbeaten in friendlies with this kit.
No. 7 Rizman in our tight fitting blue Umbro away kit. Recently bought after our last loss to boost team morale. And have since won 3 in a row. We feel invincible in this kit.
No. 11 Zaini parading our white FBT home kit. The only jersey with name. tempted to put Zaibacul when ordering the jersey.. tapi kesian..
7+4=11.. Rizman + Syaf = Zai.. wah zai skillful giler sey. haha
We also have our 4th kit which is yellow in color. This one is the least used among the 4. We lost twice in this kit. so yeah.. this kit has become the scapegoat. We blame everything but ourselves if we lose. the field,the referee,the rain, the ball.. anything, even female supporters.
And heres Rudy in his skopet/engineering goalkeeping attire. With those elbow guards he
looks more like a WWE wrestler. muka nak step fierce je..., Molek... gigit keeper.. hahaha.
Dont be intimidated by him. Hes actually soft at heart. Look what we found in his shoe. Surfs Up kape? Hahaha!
Ah yes.. we're also looking for young promising goalkeepers to be an understudy to Rudy. Interested applicants pls drop me a mail. Ability to withstand pressure is a must.

The issue about the 100th goal has been leaked out. Expect selfish ego-maniacal bastards.
But no, I discourage all of you to do so. Put the team 1st. Do not disrupt the harmony and the team play just because of this "100th goal" thing. So I came up with a solution.
Just let me score the 100th goal so Skopet can play the usual game in peace.

down memory lane
Hi all,
By now most of you would have realised that although skopet fc is a relatively-new team (established 1 year ago), many of its members have known each other for years. Even recent additions have blended in, bonded with and adapted well to the merepek world of skopet; nonsense tagboard et all. We are indeed a close-knit bunch ala a band of (buah)brothers.
Okla not all but most of the first-teamers.. fringe players nak ajak lepak pon punyalah susah.. mcm mintak duit gitu.. haha especially azhar babat with his america's top model. datang court session once a month utk tunjuk muka je kape? hahaha.
Anyway I have noticed an overall increase in traffic of this blog and a steady flow of first time visitors. Pelik. Siapelah nak baca blog merepek mcm ni. Yes you! Why are u reading this? Meaningful ke? Kelakar ke? Maybe not.. but u guys still read it.. so.. good for you... and us exhibitionistas lol. 'Trima kasih kerana sudi mengunjungi blog kami.' My only concern is that theres a lot of inside jokes and terms that only we skopetians will understand and to the clueless outsider we might be totally lame hahah. So too bad, bear with it yah. Reputation kita pon memang dah tarnished no thanks to tagboard vandals so wateva ar.

Before i digress further, whats the main objective of this post? I was going through some files in my comp and saw some old pictures taken in school 5 years ago and couldnt help but laugh. We all looked so kental. and boyboyan so cute..(1st pic) So i thought it would be a gd idea to share them here. Hence i dedicate this post to my old friends whom i have grown up with and gone through some crazy shit and to new ones for whom the skopet adventure only has begun. It's time to put up another senseless post yet again. Woot. Here we go again. haha
Ah yes.. well done guys for the convincing win for the last match where we won 6-0 although I was a bit taken back by the decision of me playing in the centreback. LOL. But well play first complain later. That's how things in skopet goes. These kids are full of crap and lame shit. Just look at the tagboard. Full of nonsensical and idiotic comments. But its damn funny. Keep it up guys. Yeah a blog is about being urself. But some people are keen on trying to maintain their reputation for watever reasons. I shall not elaborate though it is so tempting.
Before i forget , the skopet kids except myself has come up with some sort of advice for those single mingles. Parental advisory needed.
'Marriage can divorce , Engagements can be called off , Steady Relationships can be broken(haha)'
LOL. It sounds more convincing in malay though. here it is. 'Kahwin boleh cerai , Tunang boleh putus. matair boleh break' ...Rabak sak korang. Tak respect perhubungan. Despicable kids who came up with all these. One more thing , someone said that as long u are not married yet u are single. So although u are attached with a steady partner , u are still single bcos of the simple fact that u are not married. What do you think guys? Maybe true but I don't know. Lets think about this. hahaha.. Ah there is the 'release inside' syndrome going on within the kids. Everything also must include those 2 words in their speech/conversation. Siak ah. Budak taik abis.
Ok the main thing. The last goal we scored is the 99th goal for the skopets. So yeah , this Saturday ,who will score the century of goals. Hahah. Glory minded bitches. Who is it? Skopet youths on the mark
Skopet had a win just now with an emphatic result of 6-0. 2 of our youngsters hit the mark with an impressive performance. Baqir breaking his months of scoring duck with a brilliant hat trick and Saliman hit a brace.Skopet are left with just 11 players after several people missing out in actions. Unavailabilities, other commitments, injuries, and last minute "buihs". This include the missing of most of the 1st team defenders.3-5-2 was adapt with a makeshift centrebacks comprising of Zai, Rizman and Zul. Syaf, Syahir and Prem in the midfield with Yusof and Saliman at the wings. Up front was led by Baqir and Fadly.Skopet gradually pick up the game by dominating posession and movement. Soon after we got our usual fluid passing game but wasn't able to find any penetration or finishing. In particular our struggling "2 goals per game striker". Finally the deadlock was broken with a cross-shot from Saliman. Minutes after, Saliman was in the thick of the action again with a pin-point cross to Baqir who superbly finish it with an acrobatic volley. His 1st since several months. Just before the break, Baqir found the net again. Yusof played a short past to Prem who cut in from the left. He then pass to Baqir to slot it in.In the 2nd half, our "star striker" tried to make an impossible goal right from the kick off. That was only the beginning sign of the tenacious yet desperate goal hungry man. Something really happened to him at China. However, it was his shot that was deflected off a defender and found Saliman, who hit his 2nd of the afternoon. Skopet gets more agressive in the 2nd half. Syaf did his usual best performance by providing defensive cover from midfield while Yusof and Saliman are enjoying themselves on the flanks. Even the keeper, Rudy, join in the fun by crazily leaving his post. Skopet could have scored more with Prem hitting off the bar while Yusof and Fadly were taking pot shots.But it was Baqir who then completed his hat-trick with such finesse after a lob thru ball by Syaf.Finally the struggling striker Fadly manage to find a goal for himself even though the keeper got a hand to it. That was after his 10th-15th shots. Honestly, I lost count. Credit to his tenacity and his desperateness to prove a point.6-0 to Skopet. Although it was cruise control victory, it was a morale boosting match and it was great team play by Skopets, with fluent passing, chances created and the creative build ups.

Feeling the heat..
Ah..yes..Yet again , the neverending match report. Sap ah. Pemalas nye Zai bacul. Suruh dia buat , buat bodoh je. Dating pe? haha.
Oooh yes , the kids had a game last saturday with Team Scorchers and yeah we felt the intense heat then. They really played like their team name. Closing down on our players with the ball super fast was their tactic that game. To add difficulty to the game were the off-forms of some of our players. Our captain , the king of all bears , was not in his prime , with lack of service from the midfielders. Syahir gremlin lacked sharpness and Sop empet just could not handle the defensive onslaught to carry out his trademark cut ins and dribbling. Myself looked lost as a striker and a winger ( getting forced to play in defence in many games is a very bad thing...very bad..scoring and that 'magical' touch seemed to be missing somehow..haiz). Defenders wise..the skopet's saving grace..kept the team alive for throughout the game with Prodigy Syaf giving another exceptional performance at the backline. Reading the game like a book. His theory and practical in soccer is superb but..his theory and practical in ehem..is .hahaha...ooops.. Well done syaf , ur aura is addictive.keep it up.
Zai bacul still infected with the 'dating' syndrome was easily tired in midfield and the hunky hatta was bombarded with scorchers players everytime he got the ball. We lost possession of the ball the moment we got it back. Thats how bad it was. Stamina wise and fitness wise , i can safely say we are way below their level..hahaha. But we did well to keeep up. A quick counter attack 10 minutes into the first half with a fantastic long ball from Rudy set up for Sop empet at the left wing to take on 2 defenders before releasing a ball to me.. yes me..lol..Unknowingly , my feet magically and naturally push the ball past their last defender..haha..macam betul je..and with my weaker left foot slot the ball home. The keeper stood no chance. woot. I scored? lol..haha.. Before that..sop empet was just a kick away from an open goal.but he fumbled. Siak je.

Then , baby bear set me up with just a defender and the keeper to beat. Instead I try a classy chip but it was too hard...flop attempt. From there , the game was just a midfield battle with both sides trying to keep possession.2nd half was terrible for us. Tired and exhausted , we could only defend to their relentless attacks which came everytime they got the ball. I was useless in the 2nd half as a winger..Many failed attempts of stepovers. We attacked a few times but it was in vain. Scorchers hit our post twice..phew.. Syaf scored a scorcher against them halfway thru the 2nd half after combining well with Sop. Then the scorchers scored a scorcher againsts us too. Haha..limited vocab.. We defended pretty well. Well done all. ANother brave perfomance.
Ah ok that's it. Out of ideas. Till then peeps. Short and sweet match report. Next one will be much much shorter. 2-1 was the final scoreline before I forget.haha.

hello kids , still remember me? been inactive for the past weeks..been spending my time in the jungle digging my own grave.lol.Bodoh nak mampus. ah..forget about that. back to the match report , it is all good.After the demoralising match where we got thrashed, we the skopet kids thot we could never recover for the future friendly matches and get thrashed again. It was a wake up call. But after the 'inspiring' post by our beloved captain, we are determined to get things going again and move on.
As stated earlier , we decided that no manpower in defence = no go in matches. And thus prior to this game , we settled our backline before confirming with the unkown opponent that we will play them. As again , the whole skopet team came early , warmed up and kicked about awaiting for our opponents.
Nabei condom . Team mamak datang lambat setengah jam.hahaha. We got ourselves a new kit , a blue one. Looks like the italian tight fitting jersey. Showing our
bulging muscles , we were all set to go. ok go.
Our prodigy syaf was at his best position playing as a left wing while myself , BoyBoyan supported him as a left-back. Sop empet was the right wing and as usual , we attacked from the wings, it was awesome , one of the few times we attack from such angle. Our defensive backline consisted of defenders called up by Rudy dig didi. Thanks jason and jonas. We appreciate it. Weiming was at his usual game , halting all attacks that came. Midfield wise , we got our hunky hatta and the forgotten prem( its confirmed...he's not gay.. dia dah ade gf boys but even that it is still questionable...hahahaha). Good cover for defence and good distribution of the ball make a huge difference compared with the last game. Strikers , we got the cute and fast Syahir gremlin and the ginger-stuffed Baby bear. So it was one of our bestest eleven we had fielded so far.
First half , the score was 4-0. power dega! Attack after attack we conjured. With prem orchestrating the attack , and wingers to do all the running and dirty work , we found ourselves ahead just after 10 minutes. A through ball from Sop empet and Syahir set up for our captain baby bear who seems to have learn how to accelerate @ China.LOL. latched onto the ball and 'coolly' slot the ball home. Its like a bear on rampage, blast the ball straight to the keeper who deflected into the goal.hahaha. It was too powerful. Entah bear ni makan apa pat China ( heard he got lots of supplement pills from China medical senseis...
lutut longgar ke boy)..Then.A cool and sweet move by Prodigy Syaf , tore the mamak team's defence apart set up for Fadly again who moved like the wind despite his mass and placed a low and accurate shot into the goal. 2-0 it was. yeah. Impressive eh?
Man of the match prodigy syaf , broke into a solo run soon, beat a few defenders and scored. Well done Syaf. Ur form is back. Gi maintain sana. Try to change ur workday to Sat pls. 2 upcoming games on Sunday. We need ur aura. Thanks dude.The 4th goal was even memorable. A powerful curler by myself after receiving a pass from prodigy Syaf when I was shouting my
ass off for the ball after making an overlapping run to support the attack. hahaha.. That feels good boy..LOL. Half time 4-0. woot.
2nd half was a nightmare for us cos everyone was shagged.hahah. pancit. For the first time in my soccer career , both my legs got cramps. Ayam betul. haiz.. Went out for a few minutes before replacing baqir who also got cramps.haha. Siak ah. guess we guys gave our all in the first half. nearing the end of the game , Sop empet dribbled all the way from the mid field cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in...hahaha. after thousands of cut ins he finally shooot..thanks goodness. of course it was a goal.haha. 5-0. A defensive lapse at the backline resulted in a goal conceded against us. Shit. No clean sheet. sad. Just to make a point i was playing as a striker then.hahaha. Paham2 aje eh. As 'crampy' as my calves can go , I managed to dribble pass their goalkeeper and slot the ball home into the empty net. Good game. 6-1 it was.
pardon me guys.. so long winded. Well done all. I salute u guys. Moving on after a shameful defeat is indeed a tough thing to do. keep it up guys. next game , dun lose focus.

Devastated would still be an understatement. For those still not in the know, Skopet were handed their third defeat last saturday in Tiong Bahru. What was harder to accept was the manner of the loss. It was an 8-1 hammering by an opponent who dominated and outplayed us having led 2-0 at half-time.
Shocked? So were we. But make no mistakes.. even though the opponent were good, they are not that good to be free-scoring against us. The scoreline is flattering to them. You can say these are excuses if you like but in truth we kicked ourselves in the foot and made them look very good. Why do I say that? It was a match that we could not afford to field a makeshift defensive line and we did exactly that. Losing Rizman at halftime and Syaf's refusal to play only added to the lost cause.
Wheres the passion, guys? Commitment? Too many of our better players have been missing matches regularly. In order to improve as a team we need consistency. An irritating referee once commented that he sees different sets of players from our team every match. How many times did we need to rope in outside players for a game? too many. And more importantly how many times have our best 11 players played together as a team? None! Why is it so hard to spare 90mins of your time per week?
Back to the match report- while it is easy to point the finger at a mediocre back line, the whole team played badly. It was by far our worst performance ever. I for one, contributed little. Out of shape and out of form, i was disposessed easily and my shooting wayard. Even when covering at centreback towards the end, I could not help prevent a further two goals frm going in due to lack of pace.
Sometimes we need a hard knock to wake us up or keep us firmly in our place. The most important thing is to learn from our mistakes and not repeat them. I have done some reflecting and have decided to finally work on my overall and match fitness immediately. I suggest you guys do the same. Be it fitness, skill or simply attendance-wise, there is much room for improvement.
There are many lessons to be learned from this defeat. Firstly .. to take a leaf from Sun Tzu's ,-"Winning Strategists are certain of triumph before seeking a challenge. Losing Strategists are certain to challenge before seeking a triumph." -we will be sure to be more prepared for future games. The 1-1 draw prior to the last game could be attributed to absence of regular strikers while the numerous goals conceeded on saturday was heavily influenced by a lightwight defence. In future, no manpower = cancel game. You guys saw our oppenents had close to 20 players and irritatingly used many substitutions.
Many of you 'neutral observers' would say that its just one defeat no matter the scoreline and that we've won so many games not to be so downcast about it. Im sure the 11 players that experienced the shame and agony of that drubbing would beg to differ. Its not something easily forgettable. And to whoever is criticizing the team or attacking any players on the tagboard, was saturday a joke to you? Stop being immature because this is not the occasion. Yes you can look on the bright side and laugh it off as a fluke if u want, but not at the expense of creating discord/disharmony in the team.On a brighter note since we've hit rock bottom the only way now is up. I say lets get it out of our system and move on to the next game.

Boyboyan refusing to play at defence, Midfielder Zaibacul wanting to be a forward, Last man Weiming 'chope-ing' the freekicks, and Gk Rudy thinking of taking the penalties if any... all in the name of scoring the distinguished century-mark of skopet goals.
haha Come on la guys.. a goal is a goal.. its not important.. I have scored our 25th, 50th, and 75th goals so its fitting that the next one is mine right? Case closed. (btw Prem scored our first skopet goal ever last June in NTU.) Better still i hope our opponents; whoeva they are the next week, scores an own goal for us. That would settle things perfectly. Of course in return I will score an own goal for them too. We will then start the game proper at 1-1.
Not for the first time the field booking is cancelled due to 'unplayable conditions' an hour before kickoff. Which was quite a waste as we had one of our strongest team available that day. Syahir gremlin's prediction of rainoff did come true and that's scary as he also predicted a 4-0 lost next week....
Disappointed and football-starved.. we immediately tried organising futsal at FICO ... which leads to further disappointment. In the end some of the elite Skopets decided to play at our usual street soccer court and take it out on some poor neighbourhood kids.
Coincidentally, three of our players wore different skopet jerseys that day. As we have not yet unveil our new jerseys to our fans/readers, i took the liberty of taking some photos. The average-looking Zaibacul, Boyboyan and Prodigy Syaf willingly posed for the camera in a bid to attract future dates.

No. 4 Syaf wearing our first jersey - the fierce, red 'el classico skopeto'. This kit has served us well the past year but has since been slowly phased out. Fond memories of the topper cup '06 where we crashed out due to Prem's missed penalty*!%$!. Unbeaten in friendlies with this kit.
No. 7 Rizman in our tight fitting blue Umbro away kit. Recently bought after our last loss to boost team morale. And have since won 3 in a row. We feel invincible in this kit.
No. 11 Zaini parading our white FBT home kit. The only jersey with name. tempted to put Zaibacul when ordering the jersey.. tapi kesian..
7+4=11.. Rizman + Syaf = Zai.. wah zai skillful giler sey. haha
We also have our 4th kit which is yellow in color. This one is the least used among the 4. We lost twice in this kit. so yeah.. this kit has become the scapegoat. We blame everything but ourselves if we lose. the field,the referee,the rain, the ball.. anything, even female supporters.

Hi all,
By now most of you would have realised that although skopet fc is a relatively-new team (established 1 year ago), many of its members have known each other for years. Even recent additions have blended in, bonded with and adapted well to the merepek world of skopet; nonsense tagboard et all. We are indeed a close-knit bunch ala a band of (buah)brothers.
Okla not all but most of the first-teamers.. fringe players nak ajak lepak pon punyalah susah.. mcm mintak duit gitu.. haha especially azhar babat with his america's top model. datang court session once a month utk tunjuk muka je kape? hahaha.
Anyway I have noticed an overall increase in traffic of this blog and a steady flow of first time visitors. Pelik. Siapelah nak baca blog merepek mcm ni. Yes you! Why are u reading this? Meaningful ke? Kelakar ke? Maybe not.. but u guys still read it.. so.. good for you... and us exhibitionistas lol. 'Trima kasih kerana sudi mengunjungi blog kami.' My only concern is that theres a lot of inside jokes and terms that only we skopetians will understand and to the clueless outsider we might be totally lame hahah. So too bad, bear with it yah. Before i digress further, whats the main objective of this post? I was going through some files in my comp and saw some old pictures taken in school 5 years ago and couldnt help but laugh. We all looked so kental. and boyboyan so cute..(1st pic) So i thought it would be a gd idea to share them here. It's time to put up another senseless post yet again. Woot. Here we go again. haha
Ah yes.. well done guys for the convincing win for the last match where we won 6-0 although I was a bit taken back by the decision of me playing in the centreback. LOL. But well play first complain later. That's how things in skopet goes. These kids are full of crap and lame shit. Just look at the tagboard. Full of nonsensical and idiotic comments. But its damn funny. Keep it up guys. Yeah a blog is about being urself. But some people are keen on trying to maintain their reputation for watever reasons. I shall not elaborate though it is so tempting.
Before i forget , the skopet kids except myself has come up with some sort of advice for those single mingles. Parental advisory needed.

Skopet had a win just now with an emphatic result of 6-0. 2 of our youngsters hit the mark with an impressive performance. Baqir breaking his months of scoring duck with a brilliant hat trick and Saliman hit a brace.Skopet are left with just 11 players after several people missing out in actions. Unavailabilities, other commitments, injuries, and last minute "buihs". This include the missing of most of the 1st team defenders.3-5-2 was adapt with a makeshift centrebacks comprising of Zai, Rizman and Zul. Syaf, Syahir and Prem in the midfield with Yusof and Saliman at the wings. Up front was led by Baqir and Fadly.Skopet gradually pick up the game by dominating posession and movement. Soon after we got our usual fluid passing game but wasn't able to find any penetration or finishing. In particular our struggling "2 goals per game striker". Finally the deadlock was broken with a cross-shot from Saliman. Minutes after, Saliman was in the thick of the action again with a pin-point cross to Baqir who superbly finish it with an acrobatic volley. His 1st since several months. Just before the break, Baqir found the net again. Yusof played a short past to Prem who cut in from the left. He then pass to Baqir to slot it in.In the 2nd half, our "star striker" tried to make an impossible goal right from the kick off. That was only the beginning sign of the tenacious yet desperate goal hungry man. Something really happened to him at China. However, it was his shot that was deflected off a defender and found Saliman, who hit his 2nd of the afternoon. Skopet gets more agressive in the 2nd half. Syaf did his usual best performance by providing defensive cover from midfield while Yusof and Saliman are enjoying themselves on the flanks. Even the keeper, Rudy, join in the fun by crazily leaving his post. Skopet could have scored more with Prem hitting off the bar while Yusof and Fadly were taking pot shots.But it was Baqir who then completed his hat-trick with such finesse after a lob thru ball by Syaf.Finally the struggling striker Fadly manage to find a goal for himself even though the keeper got a hand to it. That was after his 10th-15th shots. Honestly, I lost count. Credit to his tenacity and his desperateness to prove a point.6-0 to Skopet. Although it was cruise control victory, it was a morale boosting match and it was great team play by Skopets, with fluent passing, chances created and the creative build ups.

Ah..yes..Yet again , the neverending match report. Sap ah. Pemalas nye Zai bacul. Suruh dia buat , buat bodoh je. Dating pe? haha.
Oooh yes , the kids had a game last saturday with Team Scorchers and yeah we felt the intense heat then. They really played like their team name. Closing down on our players with the ball super fast was their tactic that game. To add difficulty to the game were the off-forms of some of our players. Our captain , the king of all bears , was not in his prime , with lack of service from the midfielders. Syahir gremlin lacked sharpness and Sop empet just could not handle the defensive onslaught to carry out his trademark cut ins and dribbling. Myself looked lost as a striker and a winger ( getting forced to play in defence in many games is a very bad thing...very bad..scoring and that 'magical' touch seemed to be missing somehow..haiz). Defenders wise..the skopet's saving grace..kept the team alive for throughout the game with Prodigy Syaf giving another exceptional performance at the backline. Reading the game like a book. His theory and practical in soccer is superb but..his theory and practical in ehem..is .hahaha...ooops.. Well done syaf , ur aura is addictive.keep it up.
Zai bacul still infected with the 'dating' syndrome was easily tired in midfield and the hunky hatta was bombarded with scorchers players everytime he got the ball. We lost possession of the ball the moment we got it back. Thats how bad it was. Stamina wise and fitness wise , i can safely say we are way below their level..hahaha. But we did well to keeep up. A quick counter attack 10 minutes into the first half with a fantastic long ball from Rudy set up for Sop empet at the left wing to take on 2 defenders before releasing a ball to me.. yes me..lol..Unknowingly , my feet magically and naturally push the ball past their last defender..haha..macam betul je..and with my weaker left foot slot the ball home. The keeper stood no chance. woot. I scored? lol..haha.. Before that..sop empet was just a kick away from an open goal.but he fumbled. Siak je.

Then , baby bear set me up with just a defender and the keeper to beat. Instead I try a classy chip but it was too hard...flop attempt. From there , the game was just a midfield battle with both sides trying to keep possession.2nd half was terrible for us. Tired and exhausted , we could only defend to their relentless attacks which came everytime they got the ball. I was useless in the 2nd half as a winger..Many failed attempts of stepovers. We attacked a few times but it was in vain. Scorchers hit our post twice..phew.. Syaf scored a scorcher against them halfway thru the 2nd half after combining well with Sop. Then the scorchers scored a scorcher againsts us too. Haha..limited vocab.. We defended pretty well. Well done all. ANother brave perfomance.
Ah ok that's it. Out of ideas. Till then peeps. Short and sweet match report. Next one will be much much shorter. 2-1 was the final scoreline before I forget.haha.

hello kids , still remember me? been inactive for the past weeks..been spending my time in the jungle digging my own grave.lol.Bodoh nak mampus. ah..forget about that. back to the match report , it is all good.After the demoralising match where we got thrashed, we the skopet kids thot we could never recover for the future friendly matches and get thrashed again. It was a wake up call. But after the 'inspiring' post by our beloved captain, we are determined to get things going again and move on.
As stated earlier , we decided that no manpower in defence = no go in matches. And thus prior to this game , we settled our backline before confirming with the unkown opponent that we will play them. As again , the whole skopet team came early , warmed up and kicked about awaiting for our opponents.
Nabei condom . Team mamak datang lambat setengah jam.hahaha. We got ourselves a new kit , a blue one. Looks like the italian tight fitting jersey. Showing our
bulging muscles , we were all set to go. ok go.
Our prodigy syaf was at his best position playing as a left wing while myself , BoyBoyan supported him as a left-back. Sop empet was the right wing and as usual , we attacked from the wings, it was awesome , one of the few times we attack from such angle. Our defensive backline consisted of defenders called up by Rudy dig didi. Thanks jason and jonas. We appreciate it. Weiming was at his usual game , halting all attacks that came. Midfield wise , we got our hunky hatta and the forgotten prem( its confirmed...he's not gay.. dia dah ade gf boys but even that it is still questionable...hahahaha). Good cover for defence and good distribution of the ball make a huge difference compared with the last game. Strikers , we got the cute and fast Syahir gremlin and the ginger-stuffed Baby bear. So it was one of our bestest eleven we had fielded so far.
First half , the score was 4-0. power dega! Attack after attack we conjured. With prem orchestrating the attack , and wingers to do all the running and dirty work , we found ourselves ahead just after 10 minutes. A through ball from Sop empet and Syahir set up for our captain baby bear who seems to have learn how to accelerate @ China.LOL. latched onto the ball and 'coolly' slot the ball home. Its like a bear on rampage, blast the ball straight to the keeper who deflected into the goal.hahaha. It was too powerful. Entah bear ni makan apa pat China ( heard he got lots of supplement pills from China medical senseis...
lutut longgar ke boy)..Then.A cool and sweet move by Prodigy Syaf , tore the mamak team's defence apart set up for Fadly again who moved like the wind despite his mass and placed a low and accurate shot into the goal. 2-0 it was. yeah. Impressive eh?
Man of the match prodigy syaf , broke into a solo run soon, beat a few defenders and scored. Well done Syaf. Ur form is back. Gi maintain sana. Try to change ur workday to Sat pls. 2 upcoming games on Sunday. We need ur aura. Thanks dude.The 4th goal was even memorable. A powerful curler by myself after receiving a pass from prodigy Syaf when I was shouting my
ass off for the ball after making an overlapping run to support the attack. hahaha.. That feels good boy..LOL. Half time 4-0. woot.
2nd half was a nightmare for us cos everyone was shagged.hahah. pancit. For the first time in my soccer career , both my legs got cramps. Ayam betul. haiz.. Went out for a few minutes before replacing baqir who also got cramps.haha. Siak ah. guess we guys gave our all in the first half. nearing the end of the game , Sop empet dribbled all the way from the mid field cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in and cut in...hahaha. after thousands of cut ins he finally shooot..thanks goodness. of course it was a goal.haha. 5-0. A defensive lapse at the backline resulted in a goal conceded against us. Shit. No clean sheet. sad. Just to make a point i was playing as a striker then.hahaha. Paham2 aje eh. As 'crampy' as my calves can go , I managed to dribble pass their goalkeeper and slot the ball home into the empty net. Good game. 6-1 it was.
pardon me guys.. so long winded. Well done all. I salute u guys. Moving on after a shameful defeat is indeed a tough thing to do. keep it up guys. next game , dun lose focus.

Devastated would still be an understatement. For those still not in the know, Skopet were handed their third defeat last saturday in Tiong Bahru. What was harder to accept was the manner of the loss. It was an 8-1 hammering by an opponent who dominated and outplayed us having led 2-0 at half-time.
Shocked? So were we. But make no mistakes.. even though the opponent were good, they are not that good to be free-scoring against us. The scoreline is flattering to them. You can say these are excuses if you like but in truth we kicked ourselves in the foot and made them look very good. Why do I say that? It was a match that we could not afford to field a makeshift defensive line and we did exactly that. Losing Rizman at halftime and Syaf's refusal to play only added to the lost cause.
Wheres the passion, guys? Commitment? Too many of our better players have been missing matches regularly. In order to improve as a team we need consistency. An irritating referee once commented that he sees different sets of players from our team every match. How many times did we need to rope in outside players for a game? too many. And more importantly how many times have our best 11 players played together as a team? None! Why is it so hard to spare 90mins of your time per week?
Back to the match report- while it is easy to point the finger at a mediocre back line, the whole team played badly. It was by far our worst performance ever. I for one, contributed little. Out of shape and out of form, i was disposessed easily and my shooting wayard. Even when covering at centreback towards the end, I could not help prevent a further two goals frm going in due to lack of pace.
Sometimes we need a hard knock to wake us up or keep us firmly in our place. The most important thing is to learn from our mistakes and not repeat them. I have done some reflecting and have decided to finally work on my overall and match fitness immediately. I suggest you guys do the same. Be it fitness, skill or simply attendance-wise, there is much room for improvement.
There are many lessons to be learned from this defeat. Firstly .. to take a leaf from Sun Tzu's ,-"Winning Strategists are certain of triumph before seeking a challenge. Losing Strategists are certain to challenge before seeking a triumph." -we will be sure to be more prepared for future games. The 1-1 draw prior to the last game could be attributed to absence of regular strikers while the numerous goals conceeded on saturday was heavily influenced by a lightwight defence. In future, no manpower = cancel game. You guys saw our oppenents had close to 20 players and irritatingly used many substitutions.
Many of you 'neutral observers' would say that its just one defeat no matter the scoreline and that we've won so many games not to be so downcast about it. Im sure the 11 players that experienced the shame and agony of that drubbing would beg to differ. Its not something easily forgettable. And to whoever is criticizing the team or attacking any players on the tagboard, was saturday a joke to you? Stop being immature because this is not the occasion. Yes you can look on the bright side and laugh it off as a fluke if u want, but not at the expense of creating discord/disharmony in the team.On a brighter note since we've hit rock bottom the only way now is up. I say lets get it out of our system and move on to the next game.
