Feeling the heat..

Ah..yes..Yet again , the neverending match report. Sap ah. Pemalas nye Zai bacul. Suruh dia buat , buat bodoh je. Dating pe? haha.

Oooh yes , the kids had a game last saturday with Team Scorchers and yeah we felt the intense heat then. They really played like their team name. Closing down on our players with the ball super fast was their tactic that game. To add difficulty to the game were the off-forms of some of our players. Our captain , the king of all bears , was not in his prime , with lack of service from the midfielders. Syahir gremlin lacked sharpness and Sop empet just could not handle the defensive onslaught to carry out his trademark cut ins and dribbling. Myself looked lost as a striker and a winger ( getting forced to play in defence in many games is a very bad thing...very bad..scoring and that 'magical' touch seemed to be missing somehow..haiz). Defenders wise..the skopet's saving grace..kept the team alive for throughout the game with Prodigy Syaf giving another exceptional performance at the backline. Reading the game like a book. His theory and practical in soccer is superb but..his theory and practical in ehem..is .hahaha...ooops.. Well done syaf , ur aura is addictive.keep it up.

Zai bacul still infected with the 'dating' syndrome was easily tired in midfield and the hunky hatta was bombarded with scorchers players everytime he got the ball. We lost possession of the ball the moment we got it back. Thats how bad it was. Stamina wise and fitness wise , i can safely say we are way below their level..hahaha. But we did well to keeep up. A quick counter attack 10 minutes into the first half with a fantastic long ball from Rudy set up for Sop empet at the left wing to take on 2 defenders before releasing a ball to me.. yes me..lol..Unknowingly , my feet magically and naturally push the ball past their last defender..haha..macam betul je..and with my weaker left foot slot the ball home. The keeper stood no chance. woot. I scored? lol..haha.. Before that..sop empet was just a kick away from an open goal.but he fumbled. Siak je.
Focus boy.. aku tau memang susah kalau sedang bercinta..haha.. :\

Then , baby bear set me up with just a defender and the keeper to beat. Instead I try a classy chip but it was too hard...flop attempt. From there , the game was just a midfield battle with both sides trying to keep possession.2nd half was terrible for us. Tired and exhausted , we could only defend to their relentless attacks which came everytime they got the ball. I was useless in the 2nd half as a winger..Many failed attempts of stepovers. We attacked a few times but it was in vain. Scorchers hit our post twice..phew.. Syaf scored a scorcher against them halfway thru the 2nd half after combining well with Sop. Then the scorchers scored a scorcher againsts us too. Haha..limited vocab.. We defended pretty well. Well done all. ANother brave perfomance.

Ah ok that's it. Out of ideas. Till then peeps. Short and sweet match report. Next one will be much much shorter. 2-1 was the final scoreline before I forget.haha.
