Skopet Colours

So who scored the 100th goal? No one. Did we lose? haha no. The heavens opened and washed all the inflated egos away. haha . Padan muka.. can also say we deserved it. Boyboyan refusing to play at defence, Midfielder Zaibacul wanting to be a forward, Last man Weiming 'chope-ing' the freekicks, and Gk Rudy thinking of taking the penalties if any... all in the name of scoring the distinguished century-mark of skopet goals.

haha Come on la guys.. a goal is a goal.. its not important.. I have scored our 25th, 50th, and 75th goals so its fitting that the next one is mine right? Case closed. (btw Prem scored our first skopet goal ever last June in NTU.) Better still i hope our opponents; whoeva they are the next week, scores an own goal for us. That would settle things perfectly. Of course in return I will score an own goal for them too. We will then start the game proper at 1-1.

Not for the first time the field booking is cancelled due to 'unplayable conditions' an hour before kickoff. Which was quite a waste as we had one of our strongest team available that day. Syahir gremlin's prediction of rainoff did come true and that's scary as he also predicted a 4-0 lost next week....

Disappointed and football-starved.. we immediately tried organising futsal at FICO ... which leads to further disappointment. In the end some of the elite Skopets decided to play at our usual street soccer court and take it out on some poor neighbourhood kids.

Coincidentally, three of our players wore different skopet jerseys that day. As we have not yet unveil our new jerseys to our fans/readers, i took the liberty of taking some photos. The average-looking Zaibacul, Boyboyan and Prodigy Syaf willingly posed for the camera in a bid to attract future dates.

And so here are the colours of skopet fc ;


No. 4 Syaf wearing our first jersey - the fierce, red 'el classico skopeto'. This kit has served us well the past year but has since been slowly phased out. Fond memories of the topper cup '06 where we crashed out due to Prem's missed penalty*!%$!. Unbeaten in friendlies with this kit.


No. 7 Rizman in our tight fitting blue Umbro away kit. Recently bought after our last loss to boost team morale. And have since won 3 in a row. We feel invincible in this kit.


No. 11 Zaini parading our white FBT home kit. The only jersey with name. tempted to put Zaibacul when ordering the jersey.. tapi kesian..

7+4=11.. Rizman + Syaf = Zai.. wah zai skillful giler sey. haha



We also have our 4th kit which is yellow in color. This one is the least used among the 4. We lost twice in this kit. so yeah.. this kit has become the scapegoat. We blame everything but ourselves if we lose. the field,the referee,the rain, the ball.. anything, even female supporters.



And heres Rudy in his skopet/engineering goalkeeping attire. With those elbow guards he looks more like a WWE wrestler. muka nak step fierce je..., Molek... gigit keeper.. hahaha.


Dont be intimidated by him. Hes actually soft at heart. Look what we found in his shoe. Surfs Up kape? Hahaha!









Ah yes.. we're also looking for young promising goalkeepers to be an understudy to Rudy. Interested applicants pls drop me a mail. Ability to withstand pressure is a must.
