Alrite, back to business. The scorer of Skopet's 100th goal is........ NOT Rizman!!!.... NOT Fadly!!!..... not even me... It's Cair2....aka Syahir. And what a return for him by scoring that 100th goal with a superb header. Looks like he can be a good tipster. As what he predicted, a rain-off, a lost without scoring and then a goal by him in his return match. Jackass. Don't be fooled by his innocent look and small sized frame. He had injured several opponent key players and even smacked someone in the face with a boot bag. But hey, well done. With his 1st ever header goal.
Let me quote on how some of them reacted when he scored:
Rizman "sial larh!!...betul jgk die nye prediction..." (squatting with hands back at the head)
Fadly "Buto lah!!....aku dah tak semangat nak main...."
Skopet play with a shifting formation today, 4-4-2 to 3-5-2 to 3-4-3 and back to 4-4-2 and somehow the attack was subdued after the 100th goal in the 1st half. Go figure. The defence was boosted by the return of Eng Choon and Shahid in the absence of the injured Prodigy Syaf. But the 100th goal was claimed in just 5 minutes of play. Saliman with a pin point cross to Syahir as he heads the 1st goal with a free header. This time he never close his eyes but he was moving and shaking his hands about as if he was talking. Evan and Hatta continued to find their 1st goal for Skopet. They were close and even Evan (hey that rhymes...wooohoo..), even Evan whacked the hell out of the keeper. Chances in the 2nd half was better. I figured out that I still cannot balance myself on my right foot . Keep toppling and can't shoot properly.(ni bukan cobaan, ini betul2). But yes, in the 2nd half, Skopet continue to attack as the opponent sit back in their own half as they try to hit us with a counter but failed. Rizman tried to curl with his outside foot on a free kick but goes way-ward, I got one free kick save, another lacks the dip and one shot inches off. Saliman even missfire his chance. Syahir caught our attention with an audacious chip but just inches off target. But again, the in form Baqir finds the 2nd goal for Skopet after a short pass from his brother, Sop emppppppppeeeeeetttt (bunyi mcm kambing biri2.....) Skopet 100th scorer regress his ankle injury in the game but i think it was worth it. (Dah dating forever, skrg nak injury forever.....)
The game was in our control but somehow the scoreline doesn't justify. Skopet turn down their attacking gear by around 4 notches down compared to the previous game. Why 4?..don't ask me.. Still, well done.
