knee-ed
A sad day for skopet. Our prodigal son has just received results of his MRI scan where our worst fears are confirmed. Indeed it
is the dreaded
ligament tear. The blow to the knee sustained in the match versus Lianhua Veterans wasnt as minor as we thought. A surgery now seems the likeliest option for him.
I say go for it syaf and get it out of the way. Our best wishes and prayers to you bro. Hope its all smooth and you'll be back stronger than before. As for the 6 months estimated recovery period, at least theres winning 11 kan?heh. Pls keep us updated.
Another player on the ligament 'restructuring' list is Qamar, who's due for surgery this month. He fell victim to Sopbest's ultra-vigorous practice session and twisted his knee, ruling him out of all matches since his debut. Ultra-suey. Good luck to you too.
So guys pls take care of your knees, and everything else. Protect yourselves first. Im not saying shy away from 50-50 balls or what, but you must be smart enough to know when its just not worth it to go for it head on. Especially against the more robust PRC/Myanmar teams. Best thing to do, let him have it then steal it right back haha. And of course, keep the ball.
and on a happier note.. guess whos back and raring to go....
..

our favourite china import has returned from the mainland. Yeah!
