Internal crisis

Its been a week...THe blog has been left untouched..so as always I going to touch on it..haha..Lame..The skopets had many problems dis week..problems with THEMSELVES..LOL.. Yeah many many many stuff for me to talk about..Lets the get the party started then

Firstly.. Most of the guys seemed to be suffering from PMS.. haiz.. siak je korang.. bodoh..ahha.. The guys these few days likes to bual2 world..praising themselves in front of others..For example..quoted directly from one of the guys whom I should not mentioned..nanti merajuk..gi delete blog..BUNGA!.. Here it goes.. " I did not ask her for her number because I felt I am just too tempting for her" LOL..What the toot..boy..haha.. One more "I have friendship..I have a relationship..I have a bike..I have a laptop..If I know..I should not have scored.." hahahahahaha.. ANd then another skopet member will reply.." I also can score" with a step face..dot dot dot..WHat is happening guys?!!! Tak abis2.. bual2 step bagus je dalam apa2 hal.. Ego boys..

Another thing..The skopet players is starting to lose interest in soccer. Disband suah skopet.I assumed this because of the fact that some guys dun want to reply sms-es regarding whether they want to play or not..if anyone organised a kickabout at the street soccer court. For goodness sake..at least call or a one word reply to tell that you are not available..to play..HAhaha..Damn i sound angry..But actually I am laughing when I posted this..Even myself love to not reply sms-es from these guys..Haha..tarebeng je..Come on lah..Understood-ed...No reply =yes? hahahaha..Or can be bothered? LOL..

Third , AIBS is full-blown now.. (AIBS - acquired immunodefiency BUIH syndrome). Everyone..yes i mean everyone..haha..macam betul je..loves to 'buih' each other.. For example , 2 days before a game..He will confirm he can play..but one the day itself..he realised he got something on and cannot make it to the match.. Can understand if its really urgent or something but it happens so frequently..it felt normal..LOL.. worst if one do it on purpose.. hahaha...Siapa ah? hmmmm..The bad thing bout this 'buih' thing that it is infectious.. Those who got 'Buih'-ed will be a wilting flower for days..Merajuk2...Complaining and contemplating of leaving the skopet FC..and 'washing hands' of skopet matters..Playing for other teams..ish ish ish..

So many other internal problems..haha..Get a grip guys.. I fear we are losing it..
A lame post..but that's all what i can do for now..AKu rasa..kita semua kena gi mandi laut..Hitamkan badan sikit..amik selipar dan pakai seluar pendek2..garang..hahahahaha..Ok before i get out of hand..

Anonymous said...: Leading (organising games, SMSing etc) the team (virtue of Fadly, Rizman, Husin), is not easy. Period. The least we can do is to reply. That's what I think. Its not very difficult. :)

By the way Fadly and Rizman, I am a bit tied down with captaining my IFG team. My Semis is on the 3rd of March while the Finals is on the 5th.

If I win, i'd dedicate the win in part to Skopet for the preparation she has given me.

I so busy I have not even wrote a supplementary dossier for our last game.

We won again?

Kita menang lagi ke boy...menang lagi ke boy?...hahahaha.. Pardon me guys.. It's just that being with the skopet kids.. you will adapt to their way of talking even tnough you find it annoying and irritating. Even the cultured Rudy who was supposed to speak in a very formal way last time had changed for the 'better'.. dot dot dot..

Back to the match report.. Ah yes.. We won again with a scoreline of 2-1. Another one-goal margin win.. Twice in a row.. The field we played was @ boon lay sec and the opponent was an uknown team. But for what we can see..the players seemed to be younger than us.. So youth was their strength. and they used it pretty well..throughout the whole game

The skopets who has passed their prime did their absolute best to keep with their stamina and explosive pace. Everyone did well..Well done kids.. I salute you..

First half highlights - Since i was playing reserve and was benched due to my back injury ( refer to previous posts - hahaha..macam betul je.) I have toyol's eye view of the match. Honestly we played very well..with our makeshift formation..We got a new player , Kamar , to fill in the left-back postion and he fulfilled that role without any difficulty though I can see he was out of breath...Hahaha..Pancit ke boy..LOL.. AbgHidung was a bit out of shape..maybe due to the fact he missed a few games back cos of the Buih Syndrome.. He doing a right-back role felt lost , I think. We conceded a penalty halfway thru the first half.. And we were 1-0 down. But of course skopets bounced back immediately. 30s later we equalised..ahaha..Fierce..A through ball from Suhaimi and the ball seemed destined for the opposing goalkeeper..before Baby bear with his 'awesome' pace teleported and poke the ball to Syafiq who finish it off . It was a beautiful sight.. I have never seen a gliding bear before..

From there , we got the upper hand..Ah..not forgetting it was raining..and the field was getting a bit crappy..We got a few goal-scoring chances..We got a well deserved goal..a few minutes later..with fluid passing..Yusop did a stepover even Christiano Ronaldo or myself..would envy..LOL.. fooled the defender..and sprinted towards the barline before unleashing an accurate pass to Syahiq to head for a goal..Power dega.. So it was 2-1 up in the first half.

I got my start in the 2nd half but playing in a 'forced position of left-back..Aku nak score lah ayam..haha..With my back still bandaged and numb after an overdose of deep heat lotion.. I did my best for that position..Feeling nostalgic at the same time..Its been like a few months I had left that position. Need to get used to not scoring in a match..hahaha..Bual2 world pe..

2nd half was simply a defensive play by the skopets ...Defend..defend..defend..We did nothing but defend.. A bit ugly..but effective..haha..Problem is the opponents are full of divers and actors..Siak je.. Even the referee got tricked into giving a penalty soon after.. A great dive indeed by one the attackers.. Haiz..what is happening...

Hahaha..Penalty missed..hahaha..Justice prevailed..So it was still 2-1..Kesian..What a pity.. We defended extremely deep.Another highlight was when our goalkeeper got a hold of the ball..and thus was holding it as long as possible to drag some of the time. Then this guy from the other team..a Golden Globe nominee..had a brush with Rudy then..Dramatically he fell..and started covering his face and screaming, groaning in pain..ish ish ish..Kena oooooh ngan rudy ke!..Hahaha..But no one give a hell of what happen to him..Taber nah..Asking for another penalty? try harder boy...haha. Toyol gemuk had an outstanding match and did us proud by defending too ( first time he was inside his own team's penalty box...hahahahaha)

We lasted till the end of the game.. I can say we played an average game but praise to the players who did well including me of course..haha..Another win though not impressive..Job done no matter what...Looking forward to the next match..

So long winded..haha..Pardon me readers..I appreciate ur patience..Woot.. This is it.. If this keeps going on..I don't think i can recover from my back injury.. Pls stop me from playing soccer..pls..pls..

I refer to your feedback dated 20 Jan 2007.Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read about your disappointment and will try to answer your feedback.

Item 1 - I understand my Colleague Louisa who is in charge of the field has contacted you and spoken with you on the matter.

Item 2 - 6 weeks is the estimated time that our current procedures take to process and arrange for refund. We agree that this is long and are now working on shortening this. In the meantime, we will check with our Finance Division on the status of your refund.

Item 3 - The 3 days advance notice is to ensure that we have time to prepare a field for a booking especially when some changes were done to the field. As for replacement, this is something that we cannot commit to as fields are extremely popular and in most instances are fully booked.

As for item 2 .. ok good. Make sure its processed quickly. The skopetians; esp abghidung and me are almost broke. Even our treasury balance is $-50. So yes.. pls.. show me the money..!

Item 3 .. haha you've got to be kidding. On that particular days i checked with your booking office and many of the fields in the west area are not booked. Nonetheless I understand the constraints your side is facing. All i'm asking is to just take a look in the matter. From what i see, the system can only improve.

Ok whatever it is thank you for your time and not-so-prompt reply. SkopetFC appreciates any efforts to improve the situation and make weekend recreation soccer a pleasant experience for all. Bottomline I hope there will not be a repeat of the situation in which my men were already on the prefectly dry ground (+ no sign of rain) and were turned away due to 'unsuitable conditions'.

Lookalikes part tuay

Hi guys.

This is my first post since retiring from skopet. Feels a bit weird and liberating at the same time. No more kena buihed. No more tunggu berjam2 for shitkids to arrive. No more unreplied smses and no more spot merepek. SO amcam K2P? korang looking for new captain or manager tak? Call aku kalau interested k.

Ok anyway some time ago I posted lookalike pics of boyboyan-eto and syahir-yoda. (refer to earlier posts) And i did promise more to come. So here they are .... three more skopetians and their stars lookalike.

first up we have our goalkeeper Rudy and ... jeng jeng jeng.. BLUTO!

(oi aku tak maki eh. baca betul2). Bluto bukan Boot toe. hahaha.

Interestingly the pic was taken at LJS. only thing missing is a sailor uniform. Bluto as u all know is the brute who is Popeye's enemy and rival in love. Siape Olive Oyl ah rudy? Not bad eh youve even got ur own action figure.. lol.

Ok next up.. is me. Simply to prove a point that i dont use this blog to only make fun of others or character assasinate my friends. Aku pon kena dok.. kutuk sendiri lagi.. ok here goes..

Me (babybear.. papela bear pon bear) and ..... the soccer legend Maradona! Fuhhyooo...

Tidak bole dinafikan.. there are many parallels between the both of us. Both are ex-captains. SkopetFC and Argentina. Both score many goals. Both strike fear in opposing teams. Another impressive win

What a day for the skopet kids..minus AbgHidung who is still infected with the Buih virus.. I told him many times that his buih vouchers had long expired..but he insisted they are not...Hahaha.. What to do.. its been long time since he played..Guess AbgHidung has to work hard in the next few matches to earn his place in the first 11..

2 games with a 3-5-2 / 3-4-3 formation and 10 goals from the 2 games.. The sweeper system for the back four looks promisingly out of favour since this new formation brought results. With new defenders recruited by Rudy dig didi.., our defence has managed 2 clean sheets in a row..NOOOO!..2 more clean sheet..I have to buy the goalkeeper new gloves..asal aku buat janji gini..haha..The only way to break this..is to score an own goal in the 4th game..which i would.hahaha LOL..maafkan aku ye rudy..

Onto the game we played @ sembawang sec with NUS Law IFG team , we dominated the match as usual..macam betul je..hahaa..final scoreline was 1-0...The first game the skopets have won with only a one goal difference..fierce..been winning games with huge gaps..haha..tak abis2 puji sendiri

No goals in the first hald though we hit the post twice..those strikes coming from who else but me boyboyan and midfield genius Sop empet..haha..Our usual scorer,captain baby bear was off form..tu lah tanak tido..makan nasi lemak lagi prior to the game..and maybe eat too much cheesecake ( see previous posts).. He did not eat grass this time but tried to eat wind this time..haha..always missed his kicks with the ball..muahahaha...Syahir gremlin was also not in his game due to lack of match fitness and quite hesistant to do his trademark stepovers and walking dribbles.My back was injured but i did my best for the team..Everyone played well..including baby bear who deserve to win the Golden Decoy award this season..hahahaha..

We unleashed our ul-ti-met power in the 2nd half where we played the short passing game like the street soccer court..it was awesome..the flow..the energy..the crisp teamwork..2 times Adik sal crossed a beautiful cross from the right side to the left flank where i am waiting...The cross just split the opponent's def wide open..My first header attempt was weak..the keepr saved it comfortably..but the 2nd one was just unstoppable..lol...Bola dipping and screw screw..the keeper stood no chance..for the only goal of the exciting match..LOL.. More chances for the injured boyboyan in the new few attempts on goal.Haha...me again..maaf ye..The opponent had only one attempt on our goal..throughtout the whole game..for all i can remember..hmmm

So another impressive display for the skopet kids..well done guys..keep it up for the nxt upcoming game..Would like to thank the other kids for supporting me when i am not 100% just now with my back injury..The number of visitors for this teamblog is also increasing..Thanks guys for supporting and appreciating our blog..Sop empet too for being an excellent public relations officer in his skool to promote our blog..

that's it dudes.. My back can;t take it anymore..it need some love right now..Who can give me love? lol.. yeah right..

What yesterday taught us is that sometimes when our usual long ball method fails, in circumstances such as tall (not necessarily good) defenders, we have to turn to our other strengths.That other strength is of course samba and making our way *STRAIGHT* into the penalty box. Its is a well known maxim in the professional and semi-pro soccer realm that apart from creating a great opportunity to score, such tactic may well earn a precious penalty.

Note well that yesterday, I was informed by Jia Ming and Wei Ming that they lacked defensive midfield cover.

Apart from the abovementioned, everyone did well. It's a well-earned and hardfought victory.

And let us thank Suhaimi too for being the willing turncoat, No la. Just joking. Thanks Suhaimi and well done as well.

Busy Busy

Wassup kids...It's been a while..U guys miss me? yeah rite..Haha..Nursing a terrible horrible back injury now..it hurts so much that i can eat a horse.. Everytime i kick the ball..my back especially the hip part hurts like hell.. Even when I run..it hurts..what is happening to my back..? Siapa leh urutkan?

Enough talking about my back..haha..back to the topic proper..as u can see..skopet FC has been playing friendly matches for many weekends back to back.. Guess our reputation dah 'UP' ah..haha..perasaan nak mampus.. But its true.. many teams from all over the world..want to have friendly with us..as for now..we have an upcoming game this saturday against NUS Law faculty IFG team.. biar betul korang nak friendly ngan kita..Korang nye team lum gel betul.. I just afraid we would go double digit..Haha..just kidding.. Last game dah trash satu team 9-0..semua 'naik muka'

In addition , we have 2 more games on next 2 weeks to come.. Siang2 orang dah 'booked' kita.. macam pelacur..haha..

This few weeks will be busy for some of us.. some are having exams ( yusof empet and syahir gremlin) myself boyboyan, Rudy dig didi and syaf prodigy are 'diligently' training for our IFG teams..Zai rubber legs is busy with his SOC workout every day..and complain about his body exploding...Saliman aka Adik Sal..is busy with his NS ( ord oh..kesian dia) haha.. Husni Abghidung is busy dating..i mean really busy..entah apa dia buat..ngong ngong ngong melebih2.. control tu..LOL..Herman toyol gemuk..busy earning money..to get married..Ahmad tempe is busy scandaling... baby bear Fad is busy trying to get the team to play together but to no avail..We should give him a new nickname.. Boy Bubbled or Boy Buih-ed..hahahaha..Sori ah fad..Just endure a bit more..We kids will change for the better..Hopefully that is..hahaha..

A short post indeed.. but I can;t write anymore..my back!!!!!...kesakitan.. dot dot dot

Match Report – 3/2/06

Prior to matchday, Syahir,husni,syahid,herman,shafik,suhaimi,dzuhir all pulled out after being hit by the buih syndrome. This bug is highly infectious with husni believed to be its original host body.

We didn’t even have enough to make a team if Rudy had not imported players from his pool of defender-friends. We already know EngChoon. The other two are just as solid. Good acquistions, Skopet Fc.

No reserves? No problem. Ahmad was handed his first start due to the depleted squad... and he scored! Good anticipation and movement by the tempeh machine. Haha. Remember this is the same guy who would almost usually balloon a shot in front of an open street soccer goal post. Amazing huh?

But then its not as amazing as the fact that Rudy scored! Yes, Our goalkeeper scored from open play following a corner. He ran the whole length of the field, received a killer pass from sop and drilled the ball home. Ha ha, Tak respect opponent kape? Lol.

Well, 9-0. The scoreline says it all. We were dominant in all aspects and have 9 beautiful goals to show for it. Almost all are contenders for goal of the season.

Boyboyan, Sop, EngChoon, Rudy and Ahmad all got into the scoresheet with a goal a piece whereas myself bagged 4 goals. Aku Scorepet! haha

Well done everyone; prolific goal scorers and gk, solid defence, creative midfield and unselfish assists(saliman). Prodigy Syaf again deserves a singled out praise for another sterling performance and tireless running.

Ok guys don’t get carried away with our second 9-0 win. Most likely they are new or makeshift team. Upcoming matches are much tougher.

To those who missed the match, padan muka korang. Haha.
